Do I need a specification?
No — you do not need a specification. Describe the problem in your own words; we ask the questions and write the scope.
How do you calculate the fixed price?
We scope the job first: a written outcome, what is in and out, and a milestone schedule. The price is quoted against that scope, and if our estimate is wrong the correction is our cost, not yours.
What happens if the scope changes?
The price changes only when the scope genuinely changes. A change is written up, priced, and only goes ahead once you approve it in your portal.
Will I own the code?
Yes. Code, documentation and accounts live on your infrastructure from the first week. Support after launch is by choice, never lock-in.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Most projects connect to a CRM, an ERP, a payment provider or an internal API that already exists. Integrating with what you have is normal work for us, not a special case.
Where do you work?
Worldwide. Projects are delivered remotely, run in your language, with working hours that overlap yours.
What languages do you work in?
English, French and Arabic. Your whole project — messages, decisions and documents — runs in the language you choose.
